Contractor Job Hub (“Contractor Job Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides scheduling, quoting, and invoicing tools for small contractors through our mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”). The Service is built to work without collecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains our approach to data and the limited technical information that may be collected automatically by the infrastructure that keeps the Service running.
1. Information We Collect
The app and this website do not collect, store, or require any personal information.
No accounts. There is no sign-up or sign-in, and we do not create or maintain user accounts.
No content collection. Job details, quotes, invoices, and client information you enter into the app stay on your own device. We do not receive or store this content.
No payments. The Service does not offer a paid plan and does not process payments, so no billing or payment information is collected.
Standard technical logs. Like most websites and apps, the infrastructure we use to host the Service, such as our web host or the app store platforms, may automatically log basic technical information, such as IP address, browser or device type, and the date and time of a request. This is routine server-level logging used for security and reliability. It is not something we build into the Service, and we do not use it to identify you.
2. How We Use Information
We do not use personal information, because we do not collect any. Any technical log data described above is used only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because we do not collect any. Our web hosting provider may process standard server logs as part of operating the Service, but we do not otherwise share information with third parties.
4. Data Retention
We do not retain personal information because we do not collect it. Where our hosting infrastructure generates standard technical logs, those logs are kept only briefly and are handled according to our host’s own data practices.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Because the Service does not collect personal information, there is generally nothing on file for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. If you have questions about this, or believe we hold information about you, contact us at support@contractorjobhub.com.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you rights over personal information collected by a business. We do not collect personal information, so these rights do not currently apply to any data held by us.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the same is true under the General Data Protection Regulation. You may still contact your local data protection authority with any concerns.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your region). Because we do not collect personal information from any user, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children either.
7. Data Security
Even though we do not collect personal information, we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the limited technical data described above and to keep the Service secure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Data Transfers
Our hosting infrastructure may be located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Any standard technical logs generated by that infrastructure may be processed there.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including if the Service begins collecting information in the future. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email.
